David has been a licensed real estate agent since 1996, and a licensed associate broker since 2001 for Century 21 Harman Realty. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from BYU, and he has also earned the following real estate industry designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource). He is a real estate pre-licensing instructor at the Harman Real Estate Academy. Award and accomplishments include: Master Realtor, Excellence in Real Estate Award, Quality Service Award, Quality Service Pinnacle Award, Centurion, President's Club.
David was raised in Orem and currently lives in Spanish Fork with his amazing orchestra teacher wife, Angela Harman and five children—Bryce, Caitlyn, Evan, Ellie, and Ainsley. He is the chair for the PTA dads at Canyon Elementary and has earned the distinguished titles of 'dance dad,' 'tennis dad,' and 'orchestra dad'. Due to his diligence and sincere effort in learning how to do hair and make-up before intense dance competitions, he was selected as 'Dance Dad of the Year 2020' at Steps Performing Arts Center.
